The rapid expansion of staff due to pandemic-related changes – over the past 18 months, staff has increased by 55% – and the desire to sustain the brand has opened this new chapter which includes a new website and a new positioning: “Create better. Better experiences, stories, relationships, worlds. Every day.

The rebranding was spearheaded by Chief Creative Officer Anna Mader and Creative Director Alex Kolbe. Mader said, “This transformation has been an epic journey in terms of what we do, how we do it and how we present ourselves. Whether digging deep to redefine our values or living them through brand actions like partnering with Ukrainian creative talent, we partner with our clients to bring to life a collective desire we all share to leave this world better than we found it.

XDA promotes two executives who led staff training and development: General Manager Rachel Hermansader was named Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer Courtney Hodges-Lanius was named Chief People and Culture Officer.

The talent moves show how XDA is moving its brand and leadership team through a combination of leadership and emotional intelligence training for senior executives, as well as formal mentoring and cultural integration programs.

The ultimate goal of these moves is to “create a place so interesting you’ll never want to leave”, a vision of founder/CEO Steve Shlansky. Hodges-Lanius said this investment in people “includes upgrading engagement technologies to foster and support remote working as well as standardizing processes to foster greater inclusion.”

“Our employees give our agency and our clients everything they have,” said Hermansader. “We are a community that listens, thinks and invests. Together, we are creating the future we all want to see – diverse, inclusive and intentional about our work and our impact in the world. »
